No Child Support from WI Clinic that gave vitamins instead of birth control

A Wisc. clinic mistakenly gave a woman vitamins instead of birth control pills. An appellate court ruled that the clinic is not responsible for child support. However, the court also ruled that the clinic could be sued by the mother (and father?) for financial damages as a result of the birth.
